Projects

The Psychology Society at Harvard's purpose remains twofold: sharing reliable, cutting-edge research in the field while focusing on its practical applicability in regular and clinical settings. Each meeting provides the opportunity to focus on one specific concept from a wide range of psychological disciplines, should they be educational, political, or medical in nature. Participants appreciate both the thought-provoking discussions and the diverse array of perspectives, experiences, and approaches.

Membership

Harvard students, graduates, and affiliates—including researchers from institutes and hospitals affiliated to Harvard Medical School—may apply for membership. Exceptions might be made on a case-by-case basis with the permission of the founding committee. Please use the contact form on this page to explain in detail your motivation, qualifications, and fields of expertise. Not everyone is accepted. We ordinarily expect a solid background in one of the fields listed above:

  • Psychology: all fields, including psychiatry.
  • Neuroscience: biopsychology, neuroethnology, neurolinguistics, as well as cognitive and educational neuroscience.
